This is a vintage c. 1970's stainless steel Vacheron Constantin Patrimony Calatrava Ultra-Thin, 34010. It has an alligator leather strap with a stainless steel tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a solid case back. The 35mm diameter solid two-body case, angled lugs, and rounded bezel are polished. The dial is silver with applied steel faceted baton hour markers, and steel baton hands. The 6.2mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The mechanical manual winding Vacheron Constantin caliber K1014 movement is rhodium-plated, with fausses côtes embellishment. It's constructed with 17 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, and a self-compensating flat balance-spring
