This is a stainless steel IWC Ingenieur Chrono, reference 3733001. It has a leather strap with a stainless steel IWC tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a screw-down solid case back and winding crown, and round chronograph push buttons. The 31mm diameter solid three-body case, hinged straight lugs, and flat bezel with five screws are polished/brushed. The dial is black with applied faceted gold baton hour markers with luminous dots, gold baton hands with luminous inserts, and a center sweep chronograph/alarm hand. There is a perimeter minute/0ne-fifth seconds scale. There are three gold-rimmed gilt subsidiary dials, including a 30-minute totalizer at the 3 o'clock position, a 12-hour register at 9 o'clock, and a constant seconds sub dial at 6 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The meca-quartz caliber 631 (based on the Jaeger LeCoultre caliber 630) chronograph movement has quartz standardization for premier accuracy. The IWC Ingenieur Chrono Alarm, reference 3733001, was produced as a joint venture between IWC and Jaeger LeCoultre from 1988-1993.
