This is an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe Grand Complication Perpetual Calendar 5140J-001. The dial is Opaline with gold applied faceted baton hour indexes, gold Daupine hands, and outer engraved minute divisions. The sub dial for twenty-four hours with the days of week is at 9 o'clock, the months with leap year is at 3 o'clock, and the moon phase aperture and days of the month are at 6. The two-body, solid case is polished with a rounded, stepped bezel with a transparent, sapphire crystal display-back. It's water resistant to 30 m., and The case, dial, dial, and movement are all signed. The leather strap has a matching 18K gold deployant clasp.
This automatic movement caliber 240 114 movement is rhodium-plated with fausses cotes embellishment and stamped with the quality Seal of Geneva.
