This is an 18K rose gold Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar, 5040R. It has a leather strap with an 18K rose gold deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 35.8mm diameter solid, two-body curved tonneau-shaped case is polished with a snap-on display sapphire crystal case back. The dial is silver with applied rose gold Breguet radial Arabic numeral hour markers, and rose gold Breguet-style hands. There is a black outer railway-style track with minute divisions. A combination subsidiary dial for the month and a leap-year indicator are at 3 o'clock, and at 9 o'clock is an aperture for the month and a 24-hour register. The moon phase sub dial with date ring is at 6 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the power reserve is 48 hours at maximum wind. The 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.
The automatic Patek Philippe calibre 240 Q movement is rhodium-plated and stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark. It has fausses cotes embellishment and it's constructed with 27 jewels, 8 bridges, 275 components, and a straight-line lever escapement. It has the Patek Philippe hallmarks and the Seal of Geneva stamp. It has a free-sprung Glucydur Gyromax balance that adjusts for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, a shock absorber mechanism, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a 22K gold micro-rotor. The mechanism oscillates at 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
