This is an 18K yellow gold TAG Heuer Carrera 1964 Re-Edition CS3140. It has a leather strap with an 18K yellow gold tang buckle, and a scratch resistant Hesalite crystal. There are round gold chronograph push buttons and a gold pull out winding crown. It has a brushed screw-down solid caseback engraved "HAUER – CS3140 – NO. 1257," and two hallmarks. The 35.5mm diameter solid two-body case, curved lugs, and thin rounded bezel are polished. The dial is silver with applied faceted gold baton hour markers with luminous dots around an outer blue 100 minute/seconds scale. It has gold baton hands with luminous inserts, a center sweep chronograph second hand, and around the perimeter is a black minute/one-fifth second scale. There are three recessed guilloche silver subsidiary dials, including a running seconds register at 9 o'clock, a 12-hour chronograph totalizer at 6 o'clock, and there is a 30-minute indicator at 3 o'clock, all with gold hands and black numerals. It has a 42-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 12.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This TAG Heuer Carrera 1964 Re-Edition CS3140 has a mechanical manual winding Lemania caliber 1873 (the same as the Omega Speedmaster) movement. It's rhodium plated and it's constructed with 18 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance. a self-compensating flat balance spring, and an index regulator.
