The 36mm x 42.5mm (not including lugs) solid five-body case, straight lugs, and double reeded faceted bezel are polished/brushed. The front face has a black dial with luminous Arabic numeral hour markers, an inner minute/seconds scale, a perimeter minute/seconds chronograph track, luminous steel epee hands, and a crimson center sweep chronograph hand. There is a big date aperture window on the 12 o'clock position, and there are three square subsidiary dials including a 12-hour totalizer at 9 o'clock, a 30-minute register at 3 o'clock, and a combined running seconds and red/white night and day indicator is at 6 o'clock. The reverse face has a black dial with a sapphire crystal secured with 4 screws, with a central adjustable unidirectional rotating disk that has 24 global time zones with a red indicator between day and night world cities. The inside of the case has a waffle-patterned cushion, and the solid brushed case back is engraved with "JAEGER-LECOULTRE – REVERSO – SQUADRA – SERIE LIMITEE 1500 – 5 ATM," a base reference number, a serial number, "SWISS MADE," and the 1000-hour control stamp. It has a 65-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet. The 15.6mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. It's constructed with 39 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, a shock absorber device, and a monometallic balance. It includes a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, and a rotor with ceramic ball bearings.
