It has a pull out winding crown and a solid case back secured with 6 screws, and it's engraved with "VACHERON CONSTANTIN – GENEVE," hallmarks, and a serial number. The 36mm diameter solid two-body case, downturned faceted teardrop lugs, and stepped bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is silver with applied white gold baton hour indices, gold baton hands, and a perimeter white gold dot minute scale. There is a subsidiary radial dial at six o'clock for the date, and a fan-shaped 40-hour power reserve indicator is at 12 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 7mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Vacheron & Constantin Les Historiques Power Reserve 48101 has a Vacheron & Constantin caliber 1190 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 21 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement.
