The solid 38mm diameter case, rounded bezel, and straight lugs with gold screwed bars are polished, with a half hunter hinged case back over the sapphire display crystal for viewing the movement. The dial is opaline white with a sunburst guilloche inner circle and painted black radial Roman numeral hour markers in the outer plain reserve, oxidized gold double spade hands, and a white centered sweep seconds hand. It has an outer 1/5 seconds track, a concentric retrograde sector for the days of the month between 8 and 4 o'clock, and a leap year indicator at 12. There is an aperture window for the days of the week at 9 o'clock, a window for the month at 3 o'clock, and a subsidiary moon phase dial at 6. It's water resistant to 25 meters/80 feet, it has a 45-hour power reserve at full wind, and the 12.4 mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.
The automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 324 S-QR is rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark.
