This is a vintage 1968 stainless steel Tudor Submariner No Date "Snowflake" 7016/0. It has leather strap and the original screw-down Rolex Triplock winding crown protected by the crown guard. The 40mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and bracelet are polished and brushed. It has a bi-directional rotating bezel that has faded to a deep blue color with the decompression times, and a screwed-down solid case back. The dial is matte black with dead Tritium but white round, triangular and baton index hour markers, luminous steel skeleton hands, a centered sweep second hand, and an outer minute/seconds track. It's water resistant to 200 meters/660 feet, and the 12mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Tudor Submariner No Date "Snowflake" 7016/0 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Rolex caliber 2483 movement that's rhodium-plated. It's constructed with 25 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
