This is an 18k white gold Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar 5139G-010. It has an alligator leather strap with a Patek Philippe double folding deployment clasp with a Calatrava closure, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a pull out winding crown, a corrector for the date on the left case band at 9 o'clock with an included pin set, and an interchangeable solid case back, with an additional exhibition display sapphire-crystal case back. The 38mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, and double-row hobnail-patterned bezel are polished. The dial is black lacquer with applied white gold thin baton hour indices, and gold leaf-style hands. There are three subsidiary dials with luminous markers, including a combination day/24-hour register at 9 o'clock, a moon phase and concentric date indicator at 6 o'clock, and there is a radial month/leap year dial at the 3 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and there is a minimum power reserve of 38-hours, and a maximum of 48-hours at full wind. The 8.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.
This Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar 5139G-010 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 240 Q movement. It's rhodium plated with cotes de Geneve embellishment, and it's hallmarked with the Patek Philippe seal. It's constructed with 27 jewels, 275 components, 8 bridges, and a shock absorber device. It includes a monometallic Gyromax® balance that's adjusted to temperature and 5 positions, a Spiromax® self-compensating balance spring, and a 22k gold off-center mini-rotor. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz).
