This is an 18K white gold IWC Big Pilot ("Die Grosse Fliegeruhr, Automatic"), reference IW500402. It has a leather strap with a stainless steel deployant buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti reflective coating on both sides and secured against displacement by drops in air pressure. It has a solid screwed-down case back secured with 8 screws. The 46.2mm diameter solid two-body case, downturned lugs, small angled bezel and large crown are polished/brushed. The dial is grey with luminous Dauphine hands, luminous Arabic numeral hour markers and baton indexes, a center sweep second hand, and an outer minute/second track. There is a date aperture window at 6 o'clock, and a 7-day power reserve indicator with a red alert warning at the 3 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 60 meters/200 feet, and the 16mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The automatic self-winding IWC caliber 5111 movement has a Pellaton winding system, and it's rhodium-plated, with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment, and a shock absorber mechanism. It's constructed with 44 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a Glucydur beryllium alloy balance with a high-precision adjustment cam on the balance arms. It includes a self-compensating Breguet balance spring, and a hacking seconds mechanism. It has a bidirectional rotor engraved "IWC - Probus Scafusia - Seven (7) Days Power- Reserve." It has a Soft-iron inner case for protection against magnetic fields.
