It has round chronograph push buttons, and a screw-down protected winding crown. The bi-directional knurled edge cupped, rotating white, black, and silver bezel with the patented Breitling slide rule "Navigation Computer" technology allows the computation of different airborne calculations, including climbing times and fuel consumption. It also converts miles into kilometers and nautical miles. There is a solid screw-down case back with a brushed medallion in the center with "BREITLING – 1884," and the anchor winds logo in high relief. Engraved around the polished perimeter are "EDITION SPECIALE LIMITEE A 1000 EXAMPLAIRES – CHRONOGRAPH CERTIFIE CHRONOMETRE ETANCHE 30M – A22322," an edition number, and a serial number.
