This is a stainless steel Chopard Happy Sport Mini 27/8250-23. It has an integral stainless steel jubilee-style link bracelet with a triple deployment clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It includes a blue sapphire cabochon-tipped pull out winding crown, and a solid case back secured with 4 screws, and engraved with "CHOPARD – HAPPY SPORT." The 26mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs with blue sapphire cabochon ends, bracelet, and rounded stepped bezel are polished. The dial is silver with black painted Roman numerals at the quarter-hours, a railway style minute/seconds scale, blued epee hands, a center sweep seconds hand, and five brilliant-cut round diamonds floating between two crystals. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Chopard Happy Sport Mini 27/8250-23 has a standardized quartz movement for accuracy.
