This is a stainless steel Panerai Radiomir Split Second Chronograph PAM214. It has a leather strap with a stainless steel Panerai triple deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. It has an oversize "onion" style screw down winding crown, two round chronograph pushbuttons, a pushbutton at 8 o'clock for activating the split second function, and there is a screw down exhibition sapphire display case back engraved with "OFFICINE PANERAI – STAINLESS STEEL – 100M – AUTOMATIC." The 45mm diameter solid square cushion three-body case, polished wire lugs screwed from the case band in the back, and round angled bezel are polished. The dial is black with luminous baton hour markers and Arabic numerals at 6 and 12 o'clock. It has luminous baton hands, a white minute scale, and there is a perimeter tachymeter with white numerals to 400 UPH. There are twin black luminous guilloche subsidiary dials, including a running small seconds register at 9 o'clock, and a 30-minute chronograph totalizer at 3 o'clock. It has a Certified Official Swiss Chronometer (COSC) rating, and it's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet. It has a 42-hour power reserve at full wind, and the 13mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Panerai Radiomir Split Second Chronograph PAM214 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Panerai caliber OP XVIII movement. It's rhodium-plated, with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 31 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a micrometer regulator. The Panerai Radiomir Split Second Chronograph PAM214 was introduced in 2007 in a limited edition of 500 examples.
