This is a stainless steel Patek Philippe Nautilus Ladies Diamond Bezel, 7008/1A-001. It has an integral stainless steel bracelet with a double deployant clasp, a scratch-resistant, anti-reflective sapphire crystal, a pull / push winding crown, and a screwed down exhibition sapphire display case back. The 33.6mm diameter solid three-body case, stepped bezel, and bracelet are polished/brushed. The bezel is set with 50 fine quality diamonds with a total weight of .753 carats. The dial has a blue-tinted satin finish with a horizontal striped circular center reserve, luminous baton hands, applied faceted baton index hour markers, and a center sweep seconds hand. An Arabic numeral is at the 12 o'clock position, there is an outer rim with luminous dot minute markers, and there is a date aperture window at the 6 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet, and it has a 45-hour power reserve at full wind. The 8.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 324 S movement is rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's stamped with the Patek Philippe seal. It's constructed with 29 jewels, 213 components, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, and a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
