It has a pull out winding crown, and a solid case back secured with 6 screws, and it's engraved with a serial number and hallmarks. The 33mm diameter solid two-body case, straight lugs, and stepped bezel are polished. The dial is white with black sectors, gold leaf-shaped hands, a center sweep second hand with a round counter balance, and a perimeter 60-minute/second track with black Arabic numerals every 5 seconds. There is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position, and the 7mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Audemars Piguet Classic Automatic 14848BC has a mechanical automatic self-winding Audemars movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses côtes embellishment. It includes a Gyromax-type balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, and a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring.
