This is an 18k yellow gold IWC Ingenieur Chronograph Alarm 3815-007. It has a leather strap with an 18k yellow gold IWC tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a screw down winding crown with angled rectangular chronograph push buttons, and a screw down solid case back. There is a screw down crown at the 10 o'clock position on the left-side case band for setting the alarm. The 34mm diameter solid three-body case, center-hinged lugs, and flat bezel with 5 face screws, are polished/matte. The dial is black with luminous white Arabic numeral hour markers, square gold indices at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, and a golden triangle at 12 o'clock. There is a luminous white perimeter 60-second scale with Arabic numerals every 5 minutes, and it has gold baton hands, a luminous center sweep chronograph second hand, and a central red skeletonized indicator hand for the alarm. A date aperture window is between 4 and 5 o'clock, and there are three recessed black subsidiary dials with luminous white hands, markers, and Arabic numerals, including a 30-minute chronograph totalizer at 9 o'clock, a running small seconds register at 6 o'clock, and there is a 12-hour chronograph totalizer at 3 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 9.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This IWC Ingenieur Chronograph Alarm 3815-007 has a mechanical meca-quarz caliber 633/1 chronograph movement. The hybrid caliber was produced by Jaeger-Le Coultre for IWC, comprised of two separate quartz-controlled stepping motors, with a mechanically driven chronograph, enhanced with an alarm function. It's constructed with 27 jewels, 233 components, the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 32.768 kHZ. The IWC Ingenieur Chronograph Alarm 3815-007, which is very rare, was produced from 1991 to 1996.
