This is a platinum F.P Journe Chronometre Souverain. It has a leather strap with a matching platinum tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 38mm diameter solid two-body case, downturned lugs, and rounded bezel are polished. The display case back is sapphire crystal secured with 6 screws. The dial is white gold which is embossed to reveal the reliefs of the numbers. The surface of these numbers are then mirror polished to expose the gold itself. It also has white gold Journe hands and a printed outer minute track. There is a power reserve sector for the up-and down indication at the 3 o'clock position, and a small seconds sub dial between 7 and 8 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and there is a 56-hour power reserve. It includes a Certified Official Swiss Chronograph (COSC) certification. The 8.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The manual winding F.P. Journe caliber 1304 movement is 18K rose gold, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 21 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic 4-arm balance adjusted to 6 positions with 4 eccentric timing weights, a self-compensating free sprung flat balance spring, twin barrels, and a gold wheel train.
