This is an 18k white gold Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Grande Complication 5320G-001. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k white gold Patek Philippe deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a screw down protected winding crown, a corrector for the date in the left-side case band at 10 o'clock, and a snap on exhibition sapphire display case back, with an additional solid case back inside of which is engraved "PATEK PHILIPPE – GENEVE – SWISS – 5320," a serial number, and hallmarks. The 40mm diameter solid three-body case, three-tier art deco-style lugs, flat angled stepped bezel, are polished/satin. It has a lacquered cream-colored dial with applied luminous white gold Arabic numeral hour makers, and dot indices that are black-coated 18k white gold. It includes black-coated 18k white gold luminous syringe hands, and a central sweep seconds hand for the perimeter black minute/one-fifth second scale. There is a moon phase subsidiary dial at 6 o'clock with a black radial date with a red "one," and a pointer hand; on either side of the moon phase are small circular aperture windows for the day/night register between 7 and 8 o'clock, and between 4 and 5 o'clock is another for the leap year. Twin day/month aperture windows are at 12 o'clock. It has a 45-hour power reserve at maximum wind, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 11mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Grande Complication 5320G-001 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 324 S Q A LU 24H perpetual calendar movement. It's rhodium-plated with fausses cotes and cotes de Geneve embellishment, and the stamp of the Patek Philippe seal. It's constructed with 29 jewels, 367 components, a straight-line lever escapement, and a Gyromax balance that adjusts for cold, heat, isochronism, and for five positions. It includes unidirectional winding, an index regulator, a Spiromax balance spring (in Silinvar), and an anti-shock device. There is a 21k gold rotor with the Calatrava seal, and a self-compensating flat balance spring, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
