This is a 904L stainless steel Rolex 116400 Oyster Perpetual Milgauss. It has an integral stainless steel Oyster bracelet ((Ref. 72400) with a double deployant clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is screw-down Twinlock double waterproof winding crown and a solid case back engraved "Rolex Oyster - Milgauss," and it has a special shield, making this watch anti-magnetic to 1000 Gauss. The 40mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned integral lugs, bracelet and angled bezel are polished/brushed. The Dial is black with applied faceted luminous white gold baton hour markers, and luminous orange square indices inside a perimeter minute/second track. It has white gold baton hands with luminous inserts, and the distinctive orange lightning sweep second hand. It's a Certified Official Swiss Chronometer (COSC), and it has a 48-hour power reserve at full wind. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and the 13mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The mechanical automatic self-winding Rolex caliber 3131 movement is rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes and oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It has bidirectional self-winding with a perpetual rotor. It's constructed with 31 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperature and 5 positions, and a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring. It has Microstella regulating screws, a hacking seconds mechanism for precision time setting, and a Paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring.
