More about IWC IW377701 Pilot Chronograph SS Black Dial 43MM

This is a stainless steel IWC Pilot Chronograph IW377701. The solid two-body case, downturned lugs, thin stepped bezel, round chronograph buttons and screw-down crown are matte/polished. The leather strap has a stainless steel buckle, and the overall placement of the sub dials effect the cockpit of an airplane, including the day and triple date display sector at 3 o'clock, which resembles an altimeter. The dial is black with luminescent propeller-shaped hands, Arabic numeral hour indexes, and baton markers at 3, 6, and 9. The distinctive pilot's triangle indicator is at 12 o'clock, while the small seconds sub dial is at 9 o'clock, and the 30-minute indicator is at 12. There is a 60-second outer chapter ring; single and intermediate times up to 12 hours can be recorded on this watch. It has a 44-hour power reserve and the sapphire crystal has anti-reflective coating on both sides. It's water resistant to 60 meters, and it's secured against displacement by drops in air pressure. The soft iron, inner anti-magnetic case shields it from extreme magnetic fields. The case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This IWC Pilot Chronograph IW377701 has a mechanical IWC self-winding calibre 79320 chronograph movement that's constructed with 25 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a small hacking seconds device for precision time setting.
