This is a Ceramic Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar 26579CE.OO.1225CE.01. It includes an integral ceramic link bracelet with a titanium double deployment clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with glare-proof coating. It has an octagonal screw down winding crown, with correctors for the perpetual calendar at 7, 8, and 10 o'clock on the left-side case band. It has an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 8 rose gold slotted screws, and it's engraved around the perimeter with "ROYAL OAK-QUANTIEME PERPETUAL," and a serial number. The 41mm diameter solid three-body case, hooded lugs, and flat octagonal bezel with 8 gold hexagonal face screws, are polished/brushed. The dial is slate grey with a "Grand Tapisserie" waffle pattern, applied faceted white gold baton hour markers with luminous inserts, and it has gold baton hands with luminous inserts. There is an outer white minute/second track, and around the perimeter on a plain reserve is a 52-week scale with alternating white Arabic numerals and dots, indicated by a luminous white center hand with an arrow tip. The recessed moon phase indicator at 6 o'clock is a color-lasered microstructure, laid on an aventurine disk; it only requires correction every 125 years and 317 days. There are three additional recessed black subsidiary dials with white markers and Arabic numerals, and gold indicator hands, including a day register at 9 o'clock (in English), a radial date dial at 3 o'clock, and there is an English month indicator at 12 o'clock with a 4-year leap hand. It has a 40-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 20 meters/75 feet. The 9.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

It's rhodium plated with hand engraving, and it's constructed with 38 jewels, 374 components, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line liver escapement. It includes a mobile stud holder, a monometallic Gyromax balance with variable inertia blocks, a suspended barrel, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and an engraved open-worked 21k rose gold rotor. The oscillating weight is guided by a peripheral ring rolling on four ruby runners, reducing friction and wear to a minimum. The oscillating weight can be custom engraved at the customer’s request; it beats at a frequency of 19,800 vph (2.75 Hz).
