This is an 18k white gold Cartier Pasha Automatic 1989. It has an integral 18k white gold link Cartier bracelet with a triple folding deployment clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a sapphire cabochon tip on the chained winding crown, and the aftermarket fixed bezel is encrusted with fine white diamonds. It includes an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 8 screws, and engraved with "PASHA DE CARTIER – AUTOMATIC – WATER RESISTANT - 100M/330 FT - SWISS MADE," a serial and a reference number. The 38mm diameter solid three-body case, screwed hinged lugs, bracelet, and flat thin bezel, are polished. The dial is white with black Breguet-style Arabic numeral numbers at the quarter hours, along with small luminous raised baton indices, as well as a triangular marker at 12 o'clock. There is a square railway-style center minute/second track, and it has blued sword hands with luminous inserts, and a center sweep second hand. There is a date aperture window with a magnification bubble between 4 and 5 o'clock. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and the 10mm thick case, dial, and movement are signed. This Cartier Pasha Automatic 1989 has a mechanical automatic self-winding caliber 049 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with "oeil-de-perdrix" embellishment, and it's constructed with 21 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance. It has a shock absorber device, a self-compensating flat balance spring, a micrometer regulator, and a hacking device for precision time setting. The Cartier Pasha Automatic 1989 was introduced in the 1990's.
