More about Panerai PAM00112 Luminor Base Manual Wind 44MM SS

This is an AISI 316L stainless steel Panerai Luminor Marina, reference PAM00112. It has a rubber strap and comes with an additional leather strap with a stainless steel tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a screw-down exhibition sapphire display case back, and a patented fully protected winding crown with a security lever for winding the watch under water. The 44mm by 44mm cushion-shaped solid three-body case, straight lugs, and angled bezel are polished. The dial is black "sandwich," with luminescent baton hands, recessed baton hour indices, and Arabic numerals at the quarter hours. It's water resistant to 300 meters/1000 feet, and it has a 56-hour power reserve at full wind. The 15mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

The mechanical manual winding Panerai caliber OP X movement is rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment including special Panerai design with the name creating the pattern, and Côtes de Genève decoration on the bridges. It's constructed with 17 jewels, an incabloc® anti-shock device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a glucydur® monometallic balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, blued steel screws, and a swan- neck regulator. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
