This is a titanium Panerai Mare Nostrum Titanio PAM00603. It has a brown calf Ponte Vecchio leather strap with a titanium tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It includes "mushroom" style chronograph push buttons, a screw down winding crown, and there is a screw down solid case back engraved with "OFFICINE PANERAI – SWISS MADE – MARE NOSTRUM – 30M – TITANIUM," a serial number and an edition number. The 52mm diameter solid three-body case, straight screwed lugs, and wide flat bezel, are polished/brushed. It has a two-tier patenated tobacco-brown/black dial with a recessed circular center, vintage toned luminous (green-glowing at night) Arabic numerals at the quarter hours, and luminous baton indices around a luminous perimeter minute/second scale. It has baton hands with luminous inserts and needle tips, a center sweep second hand, and there are twin monographic subsidiary dials with luminous Arabic numerals and markers, and steel hands, including a small running seconds register at 9 o'clock, and a 30-minute chronograph totalizer is at 3 o'clock. It has a 55-hour power reserve at full winding, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 13mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Panerai PAM00603 has a mechanical manual winding Panerai caliber OP XXV (based on a Minerva 13-22 caliber) column wheel chronograph movement. It's rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's constructed with 22 jewels, an anti-shock device, and a monometallic balance. The bridges are made of Maillechort, a nickel-silver alloy with cotes de Geneve patterning. There is a swan-neck regulator, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 18,000 vph (2.5 Hz). The Panerai Mare Nostrum Titanio PAM00603 was released as a limited edition of 150 examples in 2015. It is a tribute to the officer's deck chronograph that Panerai produced for the Royal Italian Navy in 1943. Mare Nostrum means "Our Sea," referring to the Miditerranean.
