This is an 18k yellow gold Jaeger LeCoultre Lady Reverso Duetto Q266.11.10. It has an integral 18k yellow gold link bracelet with a folding deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There are a total of 96 fine white round diamonds throughout the two cases. It includes a pull out winding crown set with an additional round fine white diamond, and a solid snap down case back. The 20.5mm by 33mm solid five-body case, curved art deco bezel set with fine white diamonds, bracelet, and integral straight lugs are polished. The upper dial is two-tone silver with a guilloche finish in the center, black painted Arabic numeral hour markers, an inner minute track, and blued fancy sword hands. The Reverso face has a circular recessed mother-of-pearl dial with 24 fine round white diamonds bracing the four corners around a think gold rim, inside a silver guilloche square, and blued sword hands. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 40-hour power reserve at full wind. The 8.5mm thick case, dials, and movement are all signed. The mechanical manual winding Jaeger LeCoultre caliber 844 movement is rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment, and a shock absorber mechanism. It's constructed with 18 jewels, 100 components, a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperature and 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The rotor oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
