This is a stainless steel Breguet XXI Fly back Chronograph 3810ST/92/9ZU. It has a leather strap with a stainless steel deployant clasp, and a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The 43mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and engraved screwed-down case back are polished and brushed. It has two round pushbuttons for the fly back chronograph. There is a graduated bidirectional rotating bezel, a central chronograph hand, and an outer track with Arabic numerals every five minutes. The dial is black with luminous Arabic numerals and diamond hour markers, and luminous steel baton hands. There is a small aperture for the date at 6 o'clock, along with a 12-hour subsidiary dial. The 24-hour dial is at 3 o'clock, and the 60-minute register is at 9. It's water resistant to 100 meters/300 feet, and the 15mm thick case, dial, and movement are signed. This Breguet XXI Fly back Chronograph 3810ST/92/9ZU has a mechanical automatic self-winding Breguet caliber 582 Q movement that's rhodium-plated. It's constructed with 25 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions. It has a shock absorber mechanism, and a self-compensating Breguet balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Breguet XXI Fly back Chronograph 3810ST/92/9ZUwith a fly back hand began production in 1954. They were originally produced for the French naval air force. The Type XX became The Type XXI at the turn of the century.
