This is a vintage c. 1966 stainless steel Rolex Oyster Precision Royal 6426. It has a leather strap with a stainless steel tang buckle, and a domed acrylic crystal. It has a signed screw down winding crown, and a solid snap down case back. The 34mm diameter solid three body case, gently curved lugs, and flat angled bezel, are polished/brushed. It includes a silver sunray dial with alternating silver steel trapezoidal and baton hour markers with luminous end pips, around a perimeter black minute/seconds scale. It has pointed thin baton hands with luminous inserts, and a steel center sweep seconds hand. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, it has a 58-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 11.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed This Rolex Precision Oyster Precision Royal 6426 has a mechanical manual winding Rolex caliber 1225 movement. It's rhodium-plated, and it's constructed with 17 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance. It includes a shock-absorber device, an escapement wheel in Kif-Duofix combined settings, adjustment weights on the balance spokes, and a self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz). The Rolex Precision Oyster Precision Royal 6426 was originally introduced in the 1950's.
