Michael Ovitz – Master Watch Patron: Michael Ovitz, a Chicagoan born in 1946, talked his way into the famous mailroom of the William Morris Talent Agency without any connections, after which he and four other young colleagues continued on to form the Creative Artists Agency, becoming the talent agent for Kevin Costner, John Belushi, Bill Murray, Michael Douglas, Sylvester Stallone, and Barbara Streisand, as well as directors Steven Spielberg, Sydney Pollack, and Barry Levinson.
