It has applied white luminous "exploding" Arabic numeral hour markers around a luminous white minute/fraction-of-a-second scale, and around the perimeter is a convex flange with 360-degree compass points. It has fat skeleton baton hands with luminous inserts, and there is a center sweep seconds hand with a luminous red arrow pointer. A circular date aperture window is at the 6 o'clock position.
