This is a titanium Panerai Luminor GMT PAM00089. It has an alligator leather strap with a titanium tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It includes the patented fully protected Panerai lever activated winding crown for winding underwater, and it has a screw down solid case back engraved with "OFFICINE PANERAI – FIRENZE 1860 – TITANIUM – 300M – OCEAN CHRONOMETER," a serial, a reference, and an edition number. The 44mm square cushion-shaped solid two-piece case, curved lugs, and stepped round bezel, are satin/brushed. The dial is grey anthracite with luminous Arabic numerals at the half-hours, and luminous baton hour indices around a luminous minute scale, and around the perimeter is a white GMT second time zone 24-hour chapter ring with Arabic numerals on the even-numbered hours. It has pointed fat baton hands with luminous tips, and there is a magnified circular date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position. A recessed black small constant running seconds subsidiary dial with luminous markers and a "propeller" indicator hand is at 9 o'clock. It includes a Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC) rating, and it's water resistant to 300 Meters/1000 feet, it has a 42-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 16mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Panerai Luminor GMT PAM00089 has a mechanical automatic self-winding caliber OP VIII (base ETA caliber 7750) rattrapante chronograph movement. It's rhodium plated with fausses-cotes embellishment, and it's constructed with 31 jewels, an anti-shock system, and a straight-line lever escapement. It has a micrometer regulator, a monometallic balance that's adjusted for temperature and 5 positions, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Panerai Luminor GMT PAM00089 was introduced in 2001, and it was produced until 2004 in a limited edition to 3000 examples.
