The 42mm square cushion-shaped solid two-body case, curved lugs, and stepped convex bezel, are polished. It includes an ivory white dial with vintage sand-colored luminous Arabic numeral hour markers at the half hours, luminous rounded baton hour indices, and pointed steel baton hands with luminous inserts. There is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position, and a white subsidiary constant running seconds register with black markers and luminous lozenge indices at the quarter-minute, and a luminous propeller indicator hand is at 9 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, it has a 3-day, 72-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 13.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Panerai Luminor Due Automatic PAM1046 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Panerai caliber P. 900 (based on the ValFleurier ebauche) movement that's rhodium-plated, with Panerai embellishment. It has an Incabloc® shock absorber mechanism, and it's constructed with 25 jewels, and a straight-line lever escapement. It has a Glucydur® monometallic balance that's adjusted for temperature and 5 positions. It has a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a single piece rotor that winds by moving in both directions. It includes a balance wheel with adjusting screws, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Panerai Luminor Due Automatic PAM1046 was introduced in 2019.
