It has an octagonal screw down winding crown, and a solid case back secured with 8 screws, and engraved with "ROYAL OAK," the Audemars "AP TANTALE" triangle logo, an edition number and a serial number. The 37mm diameter solid two-body case, angled hooded lugs, and octagonal flat bezel with 8 gold screws, are polished/brushed. It has a dark grey dial with applied gold baton hour markers with luminous inserts, and gold baton hands with luminous inserts. There is a gold center sweep seconds hand, and a perimeter gold railroad-style minute/second scale. A gold-rimmed date aperture is at the 3 o'clock position, and it's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet. It has a 38-hour power reserve at full wind, and the 7mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.
