It has the beaded grip pyramidal Cartier pull out winding crown set with a sapphire cabochon and there are 4 side case screws in each side. There is a sapphire display crystal case back secured with 8 screws and it's engraved with "CARTIER – 3185 - SWISS MADE – AU750," hallmarks and a serial number. The 39 mm x 30 mm rectangular tonneau two-body case, straight lugs, and convex-styled art deco bezel, are polished/satin. It has a silver flinque dial with 3 tiers and extensive concentric guilloche designs with black Roman Numeral hour markers (The secret signature is in the VII) around a raised black minute/second chapter ring with square black hour indices, and blued Cartier Dauphine sword hour and minute hands. Within the inner rectangle is a hemispherical recessed power reserve arch with black Arabic numerals and a blued indicator hand at 6 o'clock, and there is a three-date arch aperture window at the 12 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, it has a 43-hour power reserve at full winding, and the case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Cartier Tank Louis Silver Dial W1560003 has a mechanical manual winding Cartier caliber 9753 MC (based on the Piaget caliber 430P) movement. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, a circular grained mainplate, beveled bridges, and it's constructed with 20 jewels, 131 components, a straight-line lever escapement, blued screws, a self-compensating flat balance, and a shock absorber system.
