This is an 18K rose gold Cartier Tank Solo XL W5200026. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k rose gold Cartier tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a pull-out gold beaded winding crown set with a sapphire cabochon, and a solid stainless steel case back secured with 4 screws, and engraved with "CARTIER –AUTOMATIC WATER RESISTANT – SWISS MADE – STAINLESS STEEL." The 31mm by 40mm (including lugs) solid two-body case, integral straight lugs, and convex art deco-style tonneau bezel, are polished. It includes a silver opaline dial with printed black Roman numeral hour markers (with the Cartier secret signature on the VII), a black inner rectangular railway-style minute scale with black hour indices, and it has blued steel sword hands. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 7.65mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.
