It has a mushroom-shaped signed winding crown at 12 o'clock at the top of the case, and a corrector for the moon phase on the left-side case band. There is an exhibition sapphire display crystal case back secured with 8 screws and it's engraved under the crystal with "DE BETHUNE – DB28 YELLOW TONES," a serial number, and a power reserve indicator. The 42.6mm barrel-shaped two-body skeletonized yellow polished grade 5 titanium case, floating skeletonized spring-loaded lugs allowing the case to closely hug the wrist for comfort, and flat bezel are polished. The dial is yellow titanium with Cotes de Bethune decoration with a large De Bethune triangle logo, polished spherical pip white gold hour markers surrounded by a railway-style minute scale, hand-finished bridges, an exposed balance wheel with a jeweled polished titanium bridge, and a spherical moon phase at 6 o'clock with a display that's accurate to one lunar day every 122 years. It includes polished pointed skeletonized tapered hour and minute hands with ring indicators. It has a 144-hour/6-day power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 9.3mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This De Bethune DB28 Yellow Tones has a mechanical manual winding in-house De Bethune caliber DB2115V4 movement. It has a snailed perlage mainplate, hand-polished and chamfered steel parts, a temperature-compensating silicon balance spring, a two-armed silicon annular balance with platinum inertia blocks, and a silicon center placed inside a platinum ring. It includes a cageless tourbillon of silicon, platinum, and steel. It's constructed with 35 jewels, 275 components, self-regulating twin barrels, a triple para-chute shock absorber system, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,000 vph (4Hz).
