There is an outer second 24-hour GMT time zone chapter ring with brown and white halves representing day and night with white and black Arabic numerals and gold moon and sun emblems. It has a wide silver revolving perimeter reserve with 24 black printed World Cities and time zones, and there is a silver ringed date aperture window at 1 o'clock. It includes fat gold feuille leaf hour and minute hands with luminous fill and there is a recessed round silver small constant running seconds subsidiary dial at 9 o'clock with black/red Arabic numerals, markers, and a blued sword indicator hand.
