This is a stainless-steel Grand Seiko Heritage Hi-Beat 36000 GMT Limited Edition SBGJ235. It includes an integral stainless-steel link bracelet with a folding deployment clasp and scratch resistant sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coatings. It has a signed screw down winding crown with partial crown guards and there is an exhibition sapphire display crystal case back engraved with "WATER RESISTANT 10 BAR - STAINLESS STEEL – MADE IN JAPAN," and a serial number. The 40mm diameter barrel-shaped solid two-body case, straight drilled lugs, bracelet, and flat angled bezel, are "Zaratsu" polished/brushed. The dial is "Mount Iwate" sunray metallic blue with applied faceted rectangular steel baton hour markers around an outer white minute/second scale. It has a raised tier blue perimeter rehaut with a white Arabic numeral GMT second 24-hour chapter ring. It includes steel dagger-style hour and minute hands, a steel center sweep second hand, and there is a steel-framed date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, it has a 55-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 14mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Grand Seiko Heritage Hi-Beat 36000 GMT Limited Edition SBGJ235 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Grand Seiko caliber 9S86 (based on the Grand Seiko caliber 9S85) Hi-Beat 36000 movement. It's polished with Cotes de Geneve embellishment and it's constructed with 36 jewels, a skeletonized rotor, a shock absorber system, a monometallic balance that's adjusted for temperature and 6 positions, and it's anti-magnetic to 4800 A/m or 60 gauss. It includes a tungsten rotor, a hairspring and mainspring with Seiko MEMS technology, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 36,000 vph (5Hz). The Grand Seiko Heritage Hi-Beat 36000 GMT Limited Edition SBGJ235 was released in 2019 as a boutique exclusive.
