This is a stainless-steel IWC Fliegeruhr UTC IW3251-002. It includes an integral stainless-steel bracelet with a folding deployment clasp and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a signed screw down winding crown and a solid screw down case back engraved with "DIE FLIEGERUHR UTC – IWC," and a serial number. The 39mm diameter barrel-shaped two-body solid case, curved lugs, bracelet, and flat angled bezel, are satin/polished. The dial is black with luminous white Arabic numeral hour markers and baton indices around a perimeter second/minute scale. It includes luminous "Spitfire" style hour and minute hands, a white center sweep second hand, and there is an arched 2nd 24-hour time zone GMT aperture window underneath the luminous aviator triangle at 12 o'clock. It's water resistant to 60 meters/200 feet, it has a 42-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 12mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This IWC Fliegeruhr UTC IW3251-002 has a mechanical automatic self-winding IWC caliber 37526 (based on the ETA 2893-2) movement. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment and it's constructed with 21 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, a shock absorber system, and a monometallic balance. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz). The IWC Fliegeruhr UTC IW3251-002 was introduced in 1999 and it was produced until 2003.
