It has a leather strap with an 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe tang buckle, and a scratch resistant anti-reflective sapphire crystal. It has an exhibition skeletonized case back, and a pullout winding crown. It includes a completely open worked engraved movement. The 39mm diameter solid two-body case, integral lugs, bracelet, and domed bezel are polished. It has black feuille hands, it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 43-hour power reserve at full winding. The ultra-thin 6.5mm case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Calatrava Squelette 3883J has a mechanical automatic winding Patek Philippe ultra thin caliber 177 SQU moment that's rhodium plated, with manually decorated and engraved fausses cotes embellishment. It's stamped with the Patek Philippe Seal, and it's constructed with 18 jewels, 110 components, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, and isochronism, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz). The Patek Philippe Calatrava Squelette 3883J was introduced in the 1980s.
