More about Calatrava 5115 Enamel Dial 18K Yellow Gold

This is an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe Calatrava 5115J-001. It has a leather strap with an 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a solid screw-down case back with hallmarks underneath the lugs, and a screw-down protected winding crown. The 35mm thick solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and double-row hobnail bezel are polished. The dial is white enamel with painted black radial Roman numerals, and oxidized gold feuille hands. A subsidiary seconds dial is at 6 o'clock. It's water resistant to 25 meters/80 feet, and it has a power reserve of 44-hours at full wind. The 8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Calatrava 5115J-001 has a mechanical, manual-winding Patek Philippe caliber 215 movement. It's rhodium-plated with fausses cotes embellishment and the stamp of the quality seal of Geneva. It's constructed with 18 jewels, 130 components, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, and the patented Patek Gyromax balance compensates for cold, heat, isochronism, and 5 positions. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
