This is a Grade 5 Titanium Ressence Type 3 "Black" Type 3B. It includes a black Barenia leather strap with an Ardillon tang buckle and a domed scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coatings. The watch is wound and set by using the rotating case back which is marked in 4 segments including "WINDING – SET DAY – SET DATE – SET TIME. It also is stamped "RESSENCE – ANTWERP – TYPE 3 – AUTOMATIC, and there are operating instructions engraved around the perimeter with nominal operating temperatures, warnings against sunlight and violent acceleration, and information on date setting. It also states that it contains petroleum in the upper dome area for a distortion-free view through the domed crystal from any angle. The 42mm diameter solid three-body case, flat downturned looped lugs, domed bezel rotating bezel and case back, are polished/brushed titanium. The dial is black and filled with 35.7ml of oil between the domed dial and the crystal providing a clear view of the 4 independent rotating discs, hands and markers that are all engraved and filled with blue Super-LumiNova. It includes a regulator-style display with hours and separate minutes, a small constant running seconds indicator between 4 and 5 o'clock, and a round day indicator with orange segments for Saturday and Sunday. There is an outer luminous white 60-second scale with Arabic numerals every five seconds, an outer orange radial date chapter ring, and a central sweep luminous minute hand. A temperature dial measuring both Celsius and Fahrenheit is at 9 o'clock. It has a 36-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 13.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Ressence Type 3 "Black" Type 3B has a mechanical automatic self-winding Ressence caliber ROCS 3.5 (Ressence Orbital Convex System) movement. It's based on the caliber ETA 2824/2 movement and it's constructed with 47 jewels, 44 gears, 215 components, an anti-shock system, and a Compensating Bellows System for changes in the oil. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz). The Ressence Type 3 "Black" Type 3B was introduced in c. 2013. Ressence won the Horological Revelation prize at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève for the Type 3 movement, the first ever oil filled watch.
