This is a stainless steel Vacheron Constantin Overseas Chronograph, 49150/B01A-9095. It has an integral stainless steel link bracelet with a push button deployant clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 42mm diameter three-body case and notched steel bezel are polished and brushed, the case back is secured with 8 screws, and the "Overseas" ship logo is engraved. It has screwed down round pushbuttons for the column wheel chronograph, and a screwed down winding crown. The dial is silver textured with applied luminous steel dart hour index markers and luminous steel baton hands. There is a subsidiary dial for the small seconds at the 6 o'clock position, a 30-minute register at 3 o'clock, and a 12-hour sub dial at 9. The large double window date aperture is at 12 o'clock, and it's water resistant to 150 meters. It has an anti-magnetic core that's resistant to 25,000 A/m, and a 40-hour power reserve at full wind. The 12.5mm case, dial, and movement are all signed. The automatic self-winding Vacheron Constantin anti-magnetic caliber 1137 movement is rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 37 jewels, 183 components, and a shock absorber mechanism. It has a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a micrometer regulator. The mechanism oscillates at 21,600 vph (3 Hz). In 1996 Vacheron Constantin debuted their new collection of Overseas sports watches. They evolved from the legendary 222 models, and became an icon for the brand.
