This is an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin Complete Calendar Moon phase, 47052/000J. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin tang buckle with their distinctive Maltese cross. The solid, 36mm diameter three body case, stepped bezel, and straight lugs are polished. The polished and brushed solid case back is secured with 8 screws, and it has a scratch-resistant flat sapphire crystal. The dial is silver guilloche with yellow gold baton hands and an outer plain reserve with blue painted tracks for the 52 weeks, months, and concentric graduations for the hours and minutes. A subsidiary dial for the days of the month is at 3 o'clock, and another for the days of the week is at 9. The aperture for the moon phases is at 6 o'clock, and it's water resistant The automatic winding Vacheron Constantin caliber 1126 movement is rhodium-plated with "fausses côtes" embellishment. It's constructed with 33 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions. It has a self-compensating balance spring, and a 21K gold rotor segment. The 8.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This is a rare watch.
