This is an 18k white gold Cartier American Tank Chronograph Chronoflex W2603356. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k white gold tang buckle, and a curved scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has rectangular chronograph push buttons, and a pull out winding crown with Cartier’s classic sapphire cabochon. There is a brushed solid case back secured with 8 screws, and engraved with "CARTIER – WATER RESISTANT – SWISS MADE – 18K," a case, a serial number, and hallmarks. The 26mm by 45mm (including lugs) curved solid two-body tonneau case, gently curved lugs, and flat and angled art deco bezel are polished. The dial is silver with black painted Roman numeral hour markers around a railway-style minute/second track, and it has blued dauphine hour hands with a center sweep second hand. There is a secret Cartier signature at x o'clock. There are three recessed silver subsidiary dials, including a 12-hour chronograph totalizer at 8 o'clock, a 30-minute register at 4 o'clock, and there is a radial date indicator dial at the 12 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 8.1mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.
