There is a polished exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 4 screws, and engraved with "EL PRIMERO – 100M - LIMITED EDITION," the edition number of 500, and the reference number "18.2040.4052." It has round chronograph pushbuttons, and an18k rose gold, fluted winding push/pull crown with the Zenith star logo. The 42mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, and angled bezel are polished. The dial is silver with sunray patterning and three overlapping dark grey guilloche subsidiary dials, applied faceted gold-tone baton hour markers with luminous tips around a dark grey minute scale, and faceted luminous polished gold-tone baton hands. There is a perimeter one-tenth second track with Arabic numerals. A date aperture window is at the 6 o'clock position. There is a large blued central 1/10th of a second counter hand with a Zenith star logo counterweight; it makes a single full revolution every 10 seconds.
