There is a solid twin faceted case back engraved on both facets with "REVERSO – JAEGER-LECOULTRE," and in the center with "290.860 – 5 ATM," the 1000-hour Master Control stamp, a serial number, and "SWISS MADE." It has a pull out winding crown, and the 26.9mm by 43mm solid tonneau rectangular 5-body case, hooded integral 4-prong lugs, and reeded art deco angled bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is anthracite with a Guilloché rectangular center surrounded by a luminous minute/second scale with red square accents at the quarter hours. It has applied fancy luminous Arabic numeral hour markers on a plain reserve, luminous sword hands, and a center sweep seconds hand with a luminous red arrow indicator. There is a trapezoidal date aperture window at the 6 o'clock position. The reverse has a solid face for engraving, and the inside case back is engine turned. It's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet. The 10mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Gran'Sport Q290860 has a mechanical automatic self-winding JLC caliber 960R movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 31 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement.
