This is a titanium/ADLC treated Romain Gauthier Edition Two MON00520 C By Romain Gauthier. It includes a solid grade 5 titanium case with a composite rubber strap, a titanium tang buckle, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It has a pull-out winding crown with a crimson rubber grip accent band at two o’clock, and an exhibition sapphire display crystal case back secured with 6 screws. The 41mm round grade 5 titanium case, hooded lugs, geometric faceted bezel, and tang clasp are all coated with polished/brushed. ADLC treatment. It has a black sandblasted titanium dial with applied beveled white gold Arabic numerals at the quarter hours with red luminous fill, applied white gold baton hour indices with red luminous fill, and a white outer minute/second scale. It includes “stiletto” style tapered white gold hour and minute hands and there is a unique flush subsidiary small constant seconds dial with white markers and red orthogonal star lines the emanate from a vanishing point at the center of the stiletto white gold indicator hand with a red luminous insert. There is a single-piece sculptural case band, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. It has a 60-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 9.55mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Romain Gauthier C Edition Two MON00520 has a mechanical manual winding caliber “C” movement. It’s constructed with layered “finger bridges,” 24 jewels, an anti-shock mechanism, 154 components, a stop-seconds feature for precision setting, a monometallic balance, a Romain Gauthier balance wheel, and a frosted main plate. It includes a circular spoked ratchet wheel and gears, beveled and polished angles, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz). It was introduced in 2022 in an extremely limited edition of 38 examples.
