More about GMT SS/SS Black

This is a stainless steel Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Air Command GMT 2250-1130-71. It has an integral stainless steel link Blancpain bracelet with a triple deployment folding clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a polished solid screw-down case back engraved with a serial number, and a screw-down winding crown. The bidirectional rotating bezel has an Arabic numeral 24-hour GMT scale in high relief. The 40mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, bracelet, and bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is black with applied luminescent faceted baton hour indices, and there are Arabic numerals at the quarter hours around a luminous minute/seconds perimeter scale. It has luminous polished steel sword hands, a center sweep seconds hand, and the GMT second time zone function is indicated by a center red hand with a luminous arrow tip that points to the raised hour markers on the bezel. There is a date aperture window between 4 and 5 o'clock, and it's water resistant to 300 meters/1000 feet. It has a 100-hour power reserve at full wind, and the 13mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Air Command GMT 2250-1130-71 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Blancpain caliber BP1150 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses côtes embellishment. It's constructed with 28 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring.
