More about Luminor Marina 44mm Tobacco Tita

This is a Titanium Panerai Luminor Marina Tobacco Dial, reference PAM118. It has a leather strap with a titanium tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coatings. It has a screw-down exhibition sapphire display case back with "Officine Panerai," the edition number, the reference number, "Titanium," and the fish symbol with "300M," signifying it's water resistant to 300 meters/1000 feet. The patented winding-crown with security lever is completely protected, allowing winding underwater. The 44mm by 44mm cushion-shaped solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and angled bezel are satin. The sandwich dial is Tobacco brown with luminous Arabic numeral hour markers at 3, 6, and 12 o'clock, and baton indices. It has luminous baton hands, and a constant seconds subsidiary dial at 9 o'clock. It has a 56-hour power reserve at full wind, and the 15mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This mechanical manual winding Panerai caliber OP XI (base ETA 6497) movement is rhodium-plated, with special Panerai decoration on the bridges. It's constructed with 17 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. 21,600 vph (3 Hz) This Titanium Panerai Luminor Marina Tobacco Dial, reference PAM118, watch was made in a limited production of 700 pieces in 2002-2003.
